About Gavin Marengi Band
At just 18 years old, Boston-based singer-songwriter Gavin Marengi is
redefining what the next generation of country music sounds like.
Blending country storytelling with Southern rock grit, his music carries
the soul of an old troubadour and the fire of a young artist chasing
something real.
Gavin started writing songs as a teenager, turning late nights and honest
thoughts into melodies that feel lived-in and raw. By 15, he had already
played his first show at The Basement in Nashville, and he’s set to
return there on March 6, 2026, marking how far he’s come since that
debut.
With two full-length albums and performances at iconic venues like
Whisky Jam and Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom—where he opened
for Dylan Scott before a crowd of over 3,000—Gavin has built a
reputation on authenticity and heart.
His upcoming single, “Breathing Years” (out November 2025),
captures the growing pains, hope, and grit that define his journey.
Rooted in truth and driven by passion, Gavin Marengi is carving his own
path in country music—one story, one song, one stage at a time.
Gavin Marengi's band is a powerhouse of musical talent, bringing a rich,
authentic sound to every performance. On drums, Kemp Dunn lays
down the rhythmic foundation. AJ Pappas grooves on the bass. Tim
Phillips showcases his versatility on guitar, banjo, and lap steel.
Rounding out the ensemble, Terry Marengi delivers compelling guitar
riffs. Together, they create a dynamic and unforgettable musical
experience. You won’t want to miss it!
