About Brian Larose

Brian Larose is a former Army Special Forces Engineer, having served 6 years as a sniper and demolitions expert with the 5th Special Forces Group, with 2 tours to Lebanon and Turkey.

Returning to his home outside of Boston, MA, Brian formed the band “High Pines”, playing locally and recording 2 albums with a blend of Americana and Irish folk tones that make you want to hang out with them in a pub and have a few beers. High Pines was named one of the “Rising Stars of Massachusetts” by the New England Music Awards.

More recently, following a songwriting workshop at Zac Brown’s Camp Southern Ground, Brian has also been focusing on his solo project, allowing him to more personally connect with audiences, grow as an artist and tell his stories to a growing fan base.
