About All Apologies
All Apologies 3.0 Presents: “Nevermind” (performing Nirvana’s epic breakthrough album ‘Nevermind’ in its entirety) and “Undone” (performing Weezer’s Blue Album in its entirety). The night will be opened with a short set of All Apologies 3.0’s high octane yet catchy original material.
All Apologies 3.0 is a veteran cast of musicians (including current and former members of State Radio, Stick Figure, 3rd Left, The Waves, Tequila Mockingbird, and Mini Yellow Witches to name a few) paying tribute to Nirvana’s album Nevermind and Weezer’s Blue Album. If you're a Nirvana or Weezer fan at all you won't want to miss this, as these 2 albums are chalked full of hits and combined make up a killer set list. Nirvana and Weezer aren’t covered in bulk often because it takes an incredible amount of energy and output to do it right. All Apologies is prepared to give you all the energy and intensity of live Nirvana and live Weezer in the spirit of the bands’ meteoric rise over 3 decades ago.
All Apologies 3.0 began with an epic show in Dec of 2023 at Soundcheck Studios and came to be via Mike Najarian, who was the drummer for the band State Radio from 2006-2013 (which featured front man, guitarist, vocalist Chadwick Stokes of Dispatch). State Radio toured frequently and played amphitheaters such as Red Rocks in Colorado, opening for acts like Dave Matthews Band, Rage Against the Machine, and 311, co-headlining bills with the likes of John Butler Trio and Rebelution. Mike’s long-time bandmate in State Radio, bassist Chuck Fay, will be flying in from Vegas once more for this Dec 2025 show and notably sat in as the bass player for Dispatch for a handful of shows during Dispatch’s summer tour in 2025.
Mike, Eric Emerson (bass player in the early days of Stick Figure), and legendary local producer Jon Ellis have been working hard on a studio album and are excited to release new material this Fall and perform it to open the night as Bug Espresso. This will be Bug Espresso’s debut performance and you can expect the same high octane feel as you’d expect from a rip roaring 90s grunge show. Bug Espresso weaves in a modern twist and catchy choruses to compliment the grunge energy. This is going to be one hell of a one-off event that you’ll only be able to see performed at Soundcheck Studios on Dec 6th!
